As part of our MA program, we completed group projects as well as individual work. Our group, “care” focused on nourishment as the simplest, yet most essential form of care. In a public interaction, we provided complimentary food to the students and staff during a public open day. The food we prepared was selected in relation to our different nationalities. My dish reflected the geography, economy and maternal culture in my hometown.
